SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All online orders are shipped the following business day unless otherwise noted.

NEXT DAY shipping on all orders (Custom and bulk orders excluded)

We reserve the right to change our shipping fees based on current postal rates.

Once your order is processed and packaged for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep this number for reference in the event there are issues with your shipping and delivery.  Once your package is given to the designated carrier, they assume responsibility. 

Most orders arrive with 7 business days of purchase. In the event that your items take longer for delivery, you may reference your tracking number to determine estimated date of delivery.  Please also consider high volume shipping seasons (i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.) which may effect delivery times.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are happy to exchange unused, damaged items within 3 business days of your receipt (must contact us via email and include a photo of the item). Items will be replaced with the same or similar quality item or store credit.
